Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) Jarir Marketing Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 729.4 million for 9M 2021, compared to a net profit of SAR 715.3 million a year earlier.
2) Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. signed a non-binding letter of intent with Newco Corporation on the potential sale of 66.67% of Billy Beez USA LLC.
3) Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) said that all prerequisite conditions to acquire a stake in Thmanyah Company for Publishing and Distribution were complete.
4) Jadwa Investment announces successful completion of the capital increase offering of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund.
4) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that following the expiry of the MoU signed with King Saud University Health Co., the two parties decided not to renew the MoU.
6) Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation to distribute 4% cash dividend for H1 2021 on Nov. 3.
7) National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay cash dividend at 10% of capital for the second quarter of 2021.
8) Brent crude fell 0.29 cents to reach $83.13 per barrel (bbl). WTI crude declined 0.31 cents to reach $80.33/bbl.
