Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.
1) United Electronics Co. (eXtra) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 270.8 million for the first nine months of 2021, a 52% year-on-year (YoY) increase.
2) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. issued the prospectus for its planned capital hike through SAR 200 million rights issue.
3) Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. signed a medium-term Murabaha finance agreement worth SAR 300 million with Banque Saudi Fransi.
4) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.'s (GO) board of directors recommended capital reduction by 60.62% from SAR 228.53 million to SAR 89.99 million.
5) Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment said the General Authority for Competition approved its acquisition of a 35% stake in Sudair Pharmaceutical Co.
6) Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) signed a bancassurance agreement with Al Rajhi Bank for one year.
7) Brent crude gained 0.04 cents to reach $83.69 per barrel (bbl). WTI crude declined 0.05 cents to reach $80.47/bbl.
