Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) Jadwa Investment Co. announced the distribution of cash dividend to unitholders of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund at SAR 0.20 per unit for Q3 2021, or 2% of the initial price per unit, totaling SAR 31.60 million, for the third quarter of 2021.
2) Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) submitted the file to increase its capital through rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for approval.
3) Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) announced that its subsidiary, Kindasa Water Services Co. (Kindasa), signed a new five-year contract with Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani).
4) Al Kathiri Holding Co. is set to issue Shariah-compliant, Saudi riyal-denominated sukuk of SAR 500 million.
5) Jabal Omar Development Co. signed an agreement to restructure the terms of Islamic financing provided by Saudi British Bank (SABB) and Samba Financial Group (currently Saudi National Bank (SNB)) in accordance with the agreement concluded in May 2015.
6) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 150 million with Saudi British Bank (SABB).
7) Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) signed a three-year contract with Ibrahim Al Hodaithy International Co. for selling, marketing and distributing its medical products.
8) Fitaihi Holding Group sold an owned unutilized commercial building in Riyadh for SAR 18 million.
9) Brent crude on Wednesday declined 8 cents to reach $82.48 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 11 cents to reach $78.82/bbl.
