Saudi Arabia records 57 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 57 COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 23, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 546,792, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 72, raising the total number of recovered cases to 535,783 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported five new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,684.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 19, followed by Makkah (11), Eastern Province and Madinah (6 each).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 51,620 new tests over the last 24 hours, and the total number of administered doses increased to 41.32 million.
