Swicorp Wabel REIT appoints new board member

Swicorp Co., the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, announced appointing Bandar AlOtaibi as non-independent board member, effective Oct. 10, according to a bourse filing.

 

Post this appointment, the fund's board members are Daniel Schenker, Kwok Hansim, Bandar Fayeh AlOtaibi, Faisal Mohammed Al Abdulkarim, and Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan as non-independent, and Hussam Mohammed Abdulraouf, Ahmad Tawfiq Al Kusayer, and Ahmed Abdulaziz bin Hasan as independent.
