Banan Real Estate shareholders to vote on 2.5% dividend for H1 2021 on Oct. 20

Banan Real Estate Co.'s shareholders will vote on the distribution of a 2.5% cash dividend, at SAR 0.25 per share, totaling SAR 5 million, for H1 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on Oct. 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders of record registered with the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM date will be eligible for the dividend.

 

The dividend distribution date will be announced later.

 

Additionally, shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
