CMA approves business profile amendments of Natixis Saudi Arabia

Natixis Saudi Arabia Investment Co. submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to approve the amendments to its business profile by cancelling advising activity.

 

Accordingly, CMA approved the amendment of the business profile of Natixis Saudi Arabia Investment Co. by cancelling the advising activity.

 

The company is now authorized to conduct dealing as an underwriter and arranging in the securities business.
