Non-founding foreign investors – namely swap holders, residents and qualified foreign investors (QFIs) – maintained their ownership in the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) unchanged at 2.46%, or SAR 241.9 billion, in the week ending Sept. 16, compared to the week before, market data showed.
GCC investors' ownership in the Saudi market remained unchanged at 0.51%, or SAR 50.3 billion, in the week ending Sept. 16, compared to the week before.
Foreign investors’ ownership, including strategic partners, dropped by 0.02% to 2.99%, or SAR 294.9 billion, for the week.
Founding foreign investors accounted for 0.53%, or SAR 52.99 billion, of the total foreign ownership in the Saudi market for the week ending Sept. 16.
