Sakani says 77,000 households benefit from readymade, under-construction units till August

More than 77,000 Saudi households benefited from two subsidized mortgage loans offered by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing's Sakani program for the purchase of readymade and under-construction units since the beginning of 2021 till August.

 

A total of 61,890 households obtained loans for the purchase of readymade units, the program added.

 

Meanwhile, more than 145,000 households benefited from the program's various housing options and financing solutions in the eight-month period. These options include self-made, readymade units, under-construction units and land plots.

 

Nearly115,040 households have already moved into their new homes.
