MESC names Managing Director, audit committee head

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors appointed Ammar Abdulrahim Khadi as Managing Director (MD) and an executive board member, effective from today, Sept. 19, according to a bourse filing.

 

Khadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University. He has more than 14 years of experience in the Ministry of Defense and Aviation and up to 20 years of experience in the industrial and financial field.

 

Additionally, MESC’s board of directors named Vice Chairman Saad Amash Al Shammari as head of the audit committee, effective from today, replacing Khadi.

 

Al Shammari holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Advanced Control of Operations from King Saud University. He has more than 20 years of experience in joint stock companies.

 

These appointments are pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
