Baazeem announces resignation of 4 board members for personal reasons

Baazeem Trading Co. announced in a bourse filing that four members of the board of directors resigned citing personal reasons. 

 

The resignation details are as follows: 

 

- Mohammed Saleh Baazeem (executive member) submitted his resignation on Aug. 15. It was accepted on Sept. 10. 

- Hisham Abdullah Baazeem (executive member and board secretary) submitted his resignation on Sept. 13. It was accepted on Sept. 14. 

- Mohammed Hamad Al-Faris (independent member) submitted his resignation on Sept. 1. It was accepted on Sept. 10. 

- Roaa Abu Bakr Baazeem (non-executive member) submitted her resignation on Sept. 2. It was accepted on Sept. 10. 

 

The resignations are effective as of today, Sept. 19.
