SABIC Agri-Nutrients shares record highest close since 2008

Shares of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. hit today, Sept. 16, their highest level since 2008, or in 13 years, at SAR 146.

 

The stock closed rose over 4% higher today, with nearly 1.44 million shares traded.

 

Accordingly, the stock saw an increase of nearly 80% year-to-date and 150% since March 2020.

 

Established in 1965, SABIC Agri-Nutrients was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on March 7, 1990. The company is 50.1% owned by Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC).

 

The company is active in the production, conversion and manufacture of fertilizers and agricultural nutrients of all kinds, including ammonia and urea, in addition to marketing and selling these products inside and outside the Kingdom.
