Theeb Rent a Car appoints audit committee Chairman

Theeb Rent a Car Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting held today, Sept. 15, approved the appointment of independent board member, Haitham Tawfik Al-Foraih, as an audit committee Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment, effective from today, is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
