Sadr Logistics Co., previously Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co., was established in 1994 by Mohammed Al-Samaani (owner), with SAR 100,000 in capital.
In 2016, it was converted into a limited liability company (LLC) under the name of Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries, with SAR 6.5 million capital. Later, the partners decided to convert the company into a closed joint stock firm, with a capital of SAR 9 million.
It was listed on Nomu on Feb. 26, 2017, with SAR 25 million in capital, Argaam reported.
The company manufactures metal shelves, accessories and storage systems.
