MOBI board proposes 10% cash dividend for Q2 2021

National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) board of directors recommended paying a cash dividend at 10%, or SAR 1 a share, for Q2 2021, according to a bourse filing.

MOBI shares started trading on Nomu Parallel Market on July 26, 2021, data compiled by Argaam showed. 

 

On March 31, the company received the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to register shares for direct listing in the parallel market, Argaam reported.
