ACIG shareholders to vote on 2020 board report, related party contracts on Sept. 29

Shareholders of Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) are set to vote on the board report for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Sept. 29, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the business and contracts concluded with Adel Muhammad Rashid Jamjoom and Abdul Latif bin Mohammed Al Sheikh (board members), in which they have direct interest, represented in insurance policies.

 

Electronic voting on the OGM agenda will begin on Sept. 25 until the end of the meeting.
