Foreign investors own more than 5% stake in 73 Tadawul-listed companies, according to data compiled by Argaam.
Foreign investors’ ownership includes swap agreements, qualified foreign investors (QFIs) and resident investors. However, it does not include strategic shareholdings of founding investors.
United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) came first in terms of foreign investor ownership, excluding strategic investor shareholding, with 30.68%. It was followed by Alinma Tokio Marine Co. with 29.28%.
