Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) International Company for Power and Water Projects (ACWA Power) plans to offer 81.2 million shares, representing 11.1% of the company, in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
2) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. received the copies signed by the rector of King Saud University for two contracts concluded with the university valued at SAR 65.7 million.
3) Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) announced that its subsidiary, Taoq Public Relations Co., signed a contract with a commercial firm engaged in advertising and public relations to provide operational services for multiple media platforms.
4) The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) deposited, on Sept. 2, the subscribed securities of Raydan Food Co. into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.
5) Brent crude on Friday declined 42 cents to reach $72.61 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 70 cents to reach $69.29/bbl.
