Saudi Fransi Capital updates Bonyan REIT terms and conditions

Saudi Fransi Capital announced today, Sept. 2, an update to the terms and conditions of Bonyan REIT Fund, according to a bourse filing.

 

The update includes the appointment of an independent board member, Hesham Al-Zaid, and an increase in the auditor’s fees.

 

It also includes updates on the fund's assets list, and the members of the Shariah Committee.

 

The new terms and conditions came into effect from Aug. 26.
