Red Sea International Co.'s shareholders approved amending the articles of association related to the company objectives, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 24, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Mohammed Zaher Al-Munajjed as an audit committee member, effective as of EGM date until May 9, 2024, in place of the resigned member, Khalid Mohammed Fagih.
Furthermore, they endorsed amending the charters of corporate governance, remuneration, audit committee, and nomination and compensation committee, as well as board membership policy.
