Ministry of Commerce says issued commercial agencies reach 20,500

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Commerce stated that the total number of issued commercial agencies reached 601 in the first half of 2021, bringing the total number to 20,540, Al Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.

 

The ministry added that the distribution agencies amounted to 15,410, representing 75% of the total number of agencies. They were followed by commercial agencies with 4,191, then the internal contract agencies with 134.

 

As for nationalities, the number of Saudi agencies issued this year reached 341, followed by US and German agencies with 201 and 143, respectively.
