Swicorp Wabel REIT unitholders seek dismissal of fund manager

Swicorp Co., the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, announced receiving a written request from a number of unitholders, who own more than 25% of the funds' units, requesting to unseat the fund manager.

 

Unitholders called for a meeting to start negotiations with a new fund manager, according to a bourse filing today, Aug. 18.

 

The meeting date, agenda and voting methods will be unveiled later.

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be announced at present.

 

Updates will be duly revealed, the statement added.
