Al-Babtain shareholders to vote on audit committee formation on Sept. 2

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.'s shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term, starting from the date of the ordinary general meeting that will be held on Sept. 2, according to a filing to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also determine the committee's tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members.

The committee members are Abdullah Al Hussain (independent member), as well as Abdulkareem Al-Babtain and Khaled Al-Babtain who are non-executive board members.

Shareholders can begin e-voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty website, as of Aug. 29.
