Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.
1) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.'s net profit after Zakat and tax surged to SAR 29.2 million for the first half of 2021.
2) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. signed a Shariah-compliant bank facility of SAR 199 million with Banque Saudi Fransi.
3) Zahrat Al-Waha for Trading Co. implemented the capital expansion plan in the first half of 2021 by operating and purchasing assets.
4) Alkhabeer REIT Fund entered into a profit rate swap hedging agreement with Al Rajhi Bank to fix the profit margin of the facilities used in the first additional offering of SAR 397.5 million at a fixed rate of 4.44%.
5) Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) said its accumulated losses fell to SAR 1.42 billion from SAR 8.76 billion as of June 30, 2021, representing 16.23% of capital.
6) Al Kathiri Holding Co. completed depositing the proceeds from selling fractional shares resulting from the company's capital increase in the accounts of eligible shareholders.
7) Brent crude on Thursday gained 27 cents to reach $75.01 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 25 cents to reach $72.64/bbl.
