Tihama opens nominations for board membership

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced opening the nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting Oct. 14, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications will be received from July 15 until Aug. 15.

 

The company added that selection of the nominated members for the new term will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
