Modon says number of ready-built factories exceeds 900 by 2020-end

The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) said that the number of ready-built factories exceeded 900 by the end of 2020, located in various industrial cities within the Kingdom.

 

Food industries, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals came on top of the activities occupying ready-built factories in 2020, as reported by Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper.

 

The authority also indicated that the land area allocated for the manufacturing of food products increased to 50%, while the size of the area allocated to medical supplies industry increased to 15%.
