MIS extends MoU with King Saud University Health Company to develop virtual clinics

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with King Saud University Health Co. for a period of 90 days, starting today, July 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

The extension came due to the time taken to obtain and finalize the necessary approvals and permits, along with the need for more time to complete the procedures related to the memorandum, the statement said.

 

Any significant developments will be announced in due course.

 

In March, MIS signed a MoU with King Saud University Health Co. to develop a framework for establishing, operating, and providing medical services through virtual clinics, Argaam reported.
