United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 7, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also approved bonus payment of SAR 1.443 million to the board of directors, and discharged board members from liability for 2020, in addition to appointing external audit firms to review and audit financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2021, and Q1 2022.
Meanwhile, they approved business contracts that will take place between the company and the Haj Hussein Ali Reda Group of Companies, in which the board member, Khaled Hussein Ali Reda has an indirect interest.
