Saudi Paper shareholders approve formation of audit committee

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s shareholders gave the go-ahead for the formation of the audit committee for the upcoming term started July 6, 2021, until April 4, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on July 6. 

They also approved determining the audit committee’s tasks, working controls, and remuneration of its members.

The candidates include Bashar bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, Saleh bin Hamad Al-Shanifi, and Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Hoshan.
