Alinma Tokio reappoints Abdulmohsen Al-Fares as Chairman

Alinma Tokio Marine Co.'s board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Al-Fares as Chairman and Hironari Iwakuma as Vice Chairman for the new three-year term started June 6, according to a bourse filing today, July 7.

 

Iwakuma is a representative of Tokyo Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co.

 

The board also approved the formation of executive, nominations and remunerations, risk management, investment, and audit review committees.
