Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones’ (MODON) strategy to boost industry and local content entails the introduction of innovative services and products to attract local as well as international value-added investments to the industrial cities, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Khalid Al-Salem.

 

Hail Industrial City comprises 12 ready-built factories, spanning 1,500 square meters (sqm). Twenty-four ready-built plants are being constructed on 450 sqm to bolster entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), said Al-Salem during a visit to Hail Industrial City. 

 

Hail Industrial City was established in 2003 over 3.880 million sqm, including monetized areas of 3 million sqm, comprising 107 existing or under-construction industrial and service projects. 

 

Hail City embraces various industries, including, food industries, manufacturing industries, pharmaceutical products, metals, rubber and plastics, electrical equipment, chemicals, clothes, wood products and furniture.
