Saudi Cement announces board member resignation

Saudi Cement Co. announced that the board of directors accepted on June 30, the resignation of Mohammad Sulaiman Balghonaim from his position as non-executive board member.

 

The resignation came into effect on June 30, the company said in a bourse filing, adding that the resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.

 

The company appointed Mansour Mohammed Balghonaim as an independent board member, until the end of the board term on Dec. 31, 2021.
