Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders to appoint board members on August 2

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders will vote on the appointment of Salman bin Ahmed bin Yahya Jassas as a board member for the remaining period of the current term ending on July 19, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for August 2.

 

He will replace board member Bandar bin Mohammed Al Mahmoud, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing Abdul Rahman bin Mohammad Al Drees as a board member for the remaining period of the current term, replacing Faris bin Hamad bin Faris.
