Al-Baha submits capital hike file to CMA

Al-Baha Investment and Development Co.

Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. submitted on June 24, a request for capital increase via a SAR 120 million rights issue, to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Any updates in the matter will be announced in due course, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s board of directors recommended in November 2020 a capital hike via a SAR 120 million rights issue.

 

Al-Baha named Aldukheil Financial Group as a financial advisor for the capital increase.
