City Cement Co. completed the issuance of the articles of association and commercial register of its subsidiary, which specializes in providing environmental services and solutions in waste treatment and recycling, the company said in a bourse filing today, June 20.

 

The company's board of directors approved on March 10, to incorporate a 100%-owned limited liability subsidiary, with a capital of SAR 500,000.

 

The subsidiary will have a registered office in Riyadh.
