8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Fitaihi Holding Group’s shareholders are set to vote on July 7 on a 50% capital cut to SAR 275 million from SAR 550 million.

 

2) Lazurde Company for Jewelry (Lazurde) rights trading period ended on June 14.

 

3) Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Edah Alkathiry as the acting CEO as of June 15.

 

4) SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.’s board of directors recommended to distribute 12.5% cash dividend for the first half of 2021, at SAR 1.25 per share, amounting to SAR 595.04 million.

 

5) Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co.’s board of directors appointed Mazen Al Asmari as acting CEO.

 

6) MEFIC Capital, the fund manager of MEFIC REIT, said that the fund’s board of directors decided to appoint Edara Co. as the property and facility manager of both Plaza 1 and Dhiyafa buildings.

 

7) Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020.

 

8) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 9 cents to reach $72.95 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 8 cents to reach $70.96/bbl.
