Saudi Arabia to ban unvaccinated people from visiting shops, malls starting Aug. 1

Saudi Arabia will ban unvaccinated people from visiting all shops and malls starting Aug. 1, Abdul Rahman Al-Hussain, the official spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, said.

 

Those wishing to visit shopping malls are required to receive at least one dose of vaccination, Al-Hussain added.

 

The Ministry of Interior declared that vaccination will be mandatory as of Aug. 1 for those wishing to attend sporting and entertainment events, participate in cultural activities and enter various private and public establishments, Argaam earlier reported.
