First phase of idle land program kicks off in Al-Ahsa

The Ministry of Housing's Idle Lands Program announced today, June 10, 2021, kicking off the first phase for the undeveloped land plots in Al-Ahsa, with an area of 10,000 square meters or more.

 

Owners of undeveloped land plots were called upon to register their land within a grace period of six months, starting today, in order to avoid being fined of up to 100% of the fee value, the program said in a tweet.
