Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on June 30, 2021.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor to review and audit financials of Q2, Q3, 2021, and Q1 2022, and determine the fees.
They will also vote on paying SAR 4.10 million as remuneration for board members and discharging the board of directors from liabilities for 2020.
Other agenda items include appointing Osama Omar Barayan, Mazen Nasser Al-Sharfan, and Abdul Majeed Sulaiman Al-Dakhil as audit committee members for the current three-year term, started June 26, 2021.
