Saudi Cabinet exempts govt entities from property rental, eviction law

The Saudi Cabinet approved on June 8, 2021, the exemption of the government entities, which rent buildings constructed within investment projects concluded between the General Authority for State Properties and other investors on state-owned land plots, from Article (7) of Property Rental and Eviction Law.

 

The Saudi Cabinet also approved the establishment of a logistics services agency within the organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.

 

Additionally, the Cabinet ratified the appointment of Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Haqbani as a board member of the Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation as a private sector representative.

 

Further, the Cabinet approved converting an initiative to set up a fund to develop key destinations across the Kingdom into an air traffic national program.
