Maharah teams up with Argaam to roll out Investor Relations App, webpage

Maharah Human Resources Co. launched its investor relations (IR) application on IOS and Android smartphones in cooperation with Saudi-based Argaam Co. The new application enables investors to review all information, financial data and the latest updates about the company's projects.

 

“The move comes as part of Maharah’s efforts to enhance the level of its corporate governance and transparency, and boost investor confidence through state-of-the-art technology deployed by Argaam,” Abdulkarim bin Hamad Al-Nujaidi, CEO, Maharah, said.

 

Moreover, Al-Nujaidi, affirmed Maharah’s keenness to facilitate investor access to its diverse financial indicators through the IR app, which caters for investor needs, using the advanced technologies and analysis tools provided by Argaam. These tools include the latest news, announcements as well as the company’s disclosures in the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The new update allows Maharah shareholders to track company’s performance analysis, the latest financial data and the stock charts. It also enables the current shareholders to review the company’s annual reports and have a full understanding of its business, Al-Nujaidi, added.

 

The latest webpage update was provided in English to facilitate non-Arabic-speaking investors access to the company’s latest data.
