Sadara Chemical announces board member resignation

Sadara Chemical Co., the parent company of Sadara Basic Services Co., announced that Peter Holicki (non-executive) submitted his resignation from board membership on April 28, 2021.

The company said in a bourse statement that the resignation was accepted on June 4, 2021, citing retirement.

Meanwhile, shareholders appointed John Sampson (non-executive) as his replacement in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.

Sampson joined Dow in 1983 and has held several production engineering and production management assignment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University.
