Raydan appoints new audit committee member

Raydan Food Co.’s board of directors approved, on June 1, 2021, the appointment of Yasser Hussein Balkhi as a member of the audit committee, effective from June 6, until the end of the current board term.

Balkhi holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and has experience in industrial banking, budget preparation, auditing, accounting, insurance, taxation, and treasury management.

The appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
