Al-Khodari to open board membership nominations on June 1

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. will open on June 1, 2021, the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the three-year term, started May 19, 2021.

 

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination until June 14, 2021, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
