Al-Khodari appoints new audit committee chairman

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s board of directors approved on May 25, 2021, the appointment of Mohammed Suleman Ali Al-Aoraini (independent member) as chairman of the audit committee until the end of the current term ending June 5, 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment will be presented at the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.
