Al-Khodari names Saud Al-Shammari as chairman

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s board approved on May 25, 2021, the appointment of Saud bin Thawini Al-Shammari as chairman for the three-year term started May 19, 2021.

 

Mohammed Suleman Ali Al-Aoraini was named the vice-chairman, the firm said in a bourse filing today, May 27, 2021.

 

Shareholders approved electing the board of directors for the three-year term during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 19, 2021, Argaam reported. 

 

In April, all the members of the company's board of directors resigned, citing special circumstances.
