Seera Group Holding’s shareholders approved financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 25, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders appointed an external auditor to review financial statement for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2021, in addition to Q1 2022, and discharged board members from liability for 2020.
Furthermore, they approved increasing the audit committee members to four instead of three, appointing Yazeed Khalid Almuhaizaa as a committee member for the current three-year term ending March 28, 2024.
Shareholders also approved delegating the board of directors with the authorization power vested in the general assembly for one year, starting from the date of the approval by the general assembly or until the end of the delegated board of directors’ term, whichever is earlier.
