Arabian Pipes unable to disclose Q1 2021 financials on time

Arabian Pipes Company announced that it was unable to disclose its financial results for Q1 2021 within the specified time, according to a bourse statement.

 

The company clarified that the external auditor is still auditing financial statements for 2020.

 

The pipe manufacturer added that its shares will be suspended from trading in accordance with the listing rules announced on Tadawul website on March 25, 2019.

 

The financials will be disclosed upon receiving the final version from the external auditor, the statement added.
