Tihama to hire lawyer for liability lawsuit against former board of directors

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. is in the process of appointing a lawyer to express an opinion on the merits of the liability lawsuit and on the possibility of re-adjusting the violations committed by some members of the former board of directors.

The lawyer will be also appointed to consider moving forward with filing a lawsuit before the competent judicial authorities to ensure the interests of the company, Tihama said in a bourse filing.

The liability lawsuit is related to the company's private right against certain members of the company's former board of directors at the Board of Grievances in Riyadh.
