Oil prices edged up on Monday, after a cyberattack shut down a major pipeline in the United States.
Colonial Pipeline’s network one of the largest fuel pipelines in the US, and the company had to shut all its pipelines after the cyberattack on Friday, which involved ransomware.
International benchmark Brent crude was trading up 1.07% at $69.01 per barrel, at 9.55 am Makkah time.
WTI crude rose 0.9% to $65.54 per barrel.
